The Dallas Differance

At Dallas Industries, we’ve been nurturing the productivity of stamping and forming operations with precision press feed and coil handling systems for 50 years. During the initial years we produced state-of-the-art air feed equipment, but almost immediately began developing and engineering a new technology — servo driven press feed systems. Dallas was one of the first builders to incorporate this electronic precision (±0.002" feed accuracy) and durability into its systems. Today our 30 years of servo drive feed design and manufacturing experience finds Dallas servo feed systems worldwide in such industries as automotive OEM and suppliers, appliance, motorcycle, lawn and garden equipment, furniture and lighting. In addition, Dallas changeover flexibility gives stamping job shops competitive advantages.
Our list of products offered includes both air feed and servo drive feeds, coil reels with single end, double end and load car configurations, stock cradles, threading tables, pull through and power straighteners, plus a host of auxiliary equipment and options to complement system performance. Using standardized components and modular setups, systems are available in capacities to 60,000 lb. and 84" widths. Systems include unique space saving lines which can cut floor area requirements by nearly 50%, or zigzag configurations which reduce waste and help maximize stock usage. Our CAD equipped engineering services also provide custom equipment design for specific application needs.
Our 40,000 sq. ft. building houses all areas of operations and customer services. Our network of factory trained, full-service distributors located throughout North America and overseas provide quotations, answer, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance services.
