Training

The Dallas customer training program provides an extensive hands-on setup, operation, and maintenance workshop to help optimize startup procedures, long-term equipment performance, and overall satisfaction. The program consists of two stages: The initial training sessions are conducted at the Dallas facility where key customer personnel are given an introduction to the machinery and its operation. Importantly, these first training exercises are done on the customer’s equipment—under power and during tryouts and acceptance trials. In this way, technicians become familiar with the actual system they will be putting into production…the mechanical apparatus, the controls, program and setup routines, plus diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques.
The program is finalized during the second phase of the training program which is completed at our customer’s plant after the equipment is shipped. This stage of the training curriculum is designed to introduce additional personnel, if needed, to the operation of the system, and to provide an in-depth review for those people having completed the first stage.
Additional support to the program is provided by our distributors and representatives where multiple, strategic locations have been selected to house satellite training centers and classrooms. Utilizing problem-solution applications, these operations provide specialized training in specific areas of operation, including maintenance, hardware, controls and software, and overall system operation and performance enhancement techniques.
