Piloting Straighteners

Dallas Industries has two forms of piloting straighteners - Tru-pilot and pivot head.

Pilot straightening is designed for applications where die pilot pins are a critical element of the stamping operation such as with progresive dies.

All upper rolls of a Tru-Pilot straightener are raised on equal heights for providing full release of the tension between the upper and lower rolls of the straightner during feed operation's pilot pin orientation of the material. This option will provide faster feeds with more accurate positioning and less wear and tear on the components.
